What the requirements mean in practice:
- No documents needed: the number activates as soon as you buy it.
- Proof of address (any country): a utility bill, bank statement or similar showing your name and address, from any country.
- Proof of a local address: the same kind of document, but the address must be in the number's own country. Businesses can usually use a registered local office; individuals need a residential address there.
Exact KYC documents and regulatory checks can vary with the number type and whether the account is for a business or an individual. Availability can change before activation — the live picker at limephone.io/numbers is the current source of truth, and our team can confirm requirements for your specific case before you buy.
