SSO, two-factor authentication and audit logs (Business plan)

The account-security controls that come with the Business tier.

Updated

The Business plan adds workspace-level security controls for teams with compliance or IT requirements:

Single sign-on (SSO): teammates sign in through your existing identity provider instead of a separate password — joiners and leavers are controlled centrally by your IT team.

Two-factor authentication: a second verification step on sign-in, so a stolen password alone cannot open the account.

Audit logs: a record of significant actions in the workspace, so an admin can see who changed what and when.

These sit alongside the Business tier's API, webhooks, and custom integrations. The Personal and Team plans use standard email-and-password sign-in. If your organisation needs SSO enforced before rolling LimePhone out, talk to sales about the Business plan.
