Outbound calling to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom is free and unlimited on every plan, subject to the fair usage policy. Fair usage means normal person-to-person business calling. Spam, cold-call campaigns, telemarketing and automated sales dialing are not allowed, and accounts doing so can have calling paused.

Each plan also includes monthly allowances for AI and SMS (yearly plans carry the same monthly allowances):

• Lite ($9/mo): 20 AI talk minutes, 500 SMS
• Starter ($19/mo): 50 AI talk minutes, 1,500 SMS
• Growth ($49/mo): 100 AI talk minutes, 5,000 SMS

What happens when you reach an allowance:

• AI talk minutes first draw from your AI voice minutes credit wallet (top-up packs); when both are empty, AI calls pause until you top up or the month resets. AI receptionist calls are billed separately from standard calling.
• SMS beyond the monthly allowance pauses until top-up or reset — nothing silently bills overage.

Calls to destinations outside the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom are billed at the per-minute rates on our pricing page.
